Good things come to those who wait. In that period of patience, you will have to endure grueling moments where the endpoint, goal or dream appears so out of reach. And even when the wait seems so unbearable, you must go forth. You must continue on your path because on day, all the pain and hardship will pay off. Your reward is made that much sweeter because of the effort you put in.

We’ve waited fellow Little Mac for Smash brothers and sisters. We’ve waited and now our underdog hero of the ages has overcome his latest hurdles and joins Nintendo’s All Star cast in their next battle of the ages. It is glorious.

Oh and Nintendo announced some other stuff too I guess at Nintendo’s latest Direct presentation. We mainly discussed that during this week’s Saturday Morning Arcade LIVE! If you weren’t able to join Matt, Noel and myself on February 16th, then allow us to serve you an audio treat. That rhymed! Sort of.


This week we discussed the latest Nintendo Direct, specifically Little Mac in Smash Bros, Mario Kart 8, how terrible the Koopa Kids are, Inazuma Eleven, different takes on sports games, and Nintendo’s take on Free to play gaming with Steel Diver and Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball. We also talk about how a Pokemon MMO would work, how age influences console purchases, Matt’s Unity Game updates, Loadout, GTA Online’s St. Valentine’s Day Massacre content and Julian getting Netflix.
